What we collect
Only what you enter in the inquiry form: company name, contact email, optional phone, material description, volume, message and photos. We do not use cookies or analytics
Why
To answer your inquiry, prepare an offer and, if we agree, a contract. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running the business
Processors
The site and the photos you upload are hosted by Cloudflare (photos are stored for 180 days). Notifications are delivered by FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to our Gmail mailbox (Google). All act as processors under their own privacy terms
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, contract data as long as accounting law requires
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI). Write to polimalt.lt@gmail.com
