What we buy
Six polymers. One rule: clean and single grade
Production reject and offcuts straight from the line. No labels, no mixed polymers, no contamination. That is what keeps the price high on both sides

Injection sprues, reject, cups and lids
Natural, white or coloured, unprinted. Thin-wall packaging and closures are the best grade

LDPE reels, HDPE bottles and pipe offcuts
Film reject on reels and edge trim. Bottles, canisters, crates, pipe-grade offcuts and start-up lumps

Clear preforms and bottles
Start-up and off-spec reject, loose in big bags. PET-A thermoforming skeletons
- 04 — PS
Cups and sheet skeletons
Thermoforming waste after die-cutting, single grade, unprinted
- 05 — ABS
Sheet and injection scrap
Grey sheet offcuts and black injection scrap. Raw or regrind
- 06 — PVC
Rigid profile offcuts
Window profile offcuts and reject without steel reinforcement and gaskets. White and laminated separately
Acceptance rules
What we take, what we skip, how to pack
Simple rules keep the price high and the pickup fast. When in doubt, send a photo and we will tell you
- One polymer, one grade per big bag
- Dry, no food residue, no oil, no metal
- Unprinted preferred, printed only if agreed
- Colour sorted: natural, white and coloured separately
- Mixed polymers and household plastics
- Packaging with hazardous chemical residues (EWC 15 01 10*)
- Multilayer and laminated films
- Wet, dirty or mouldy material
- Big bags of about 1 m³, placed and labelled by us
- Film on reels or pallets, wrapped
- Octabins or pallets for regrind and granulate
- Regular pickup from about 3 t, a first test lot can be smaller

Offer and sample
We confirm the indicative price. For a new stream we send a 1–2 kg sample to the recycler, who checks MFI and colour, so the price is fixed before loading
Contract and documents
We prepare the contract and the by-product conformity declaration, or the GPAIS route for packaging waste. The factory checks and signs
Big bags and pickup
We place labelled big bags and collect on a schedule. Each lot is weighed and marked
Delivery and payment
Full truck to the recycler with photos, MFI and paperwork. The factory is paid against invoice
Logistics
We come to your gate. You only load the bags
Pickup across Lithuania, delivery to recyclers in Poland and the EU. One contact, one contract, transport organised by us
Coverage
All of Lithuania. Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai regions weekly, other regions on a schedule. Latvia by agreement
Pickup volume
Regular pickups from about 3 t or eight big bags. A first test lot can be smaller, so you can check us without risk
Transport
Tilt semi-trailers of 90–100 m³ for full loads, vans for test lots. Loading by forklift or ramp, our driver helps with the paperwork
Big bags
We place labelled 1 m³ big bags for free and replace them at every pickup. You never buy packaging for scrap
Weighing
Every lot is weighed on a weighbridge. The net weight from the ticket goes on the invoice, no estimates
Delivery to recyclers
DAP your plant in Poland or the EU, usually within 2–3 days of loading, or EXW Vilnius. Photos of every big bag before loading
Two sides, one lot
Factories sell. Recyclers buy. We carry the lot between them
The same material passport travels with every delivery, so both sides see exactly what is in the truck

Legal route
By-product where the law allows it. Waste route where it does not
Clean residues of a factory's own production process are transferred as a by-product under order D1-46/4-63. Purchased packaging, canisters and used film are waste and move through GPAIS

We do. The price we quote is at your gate, the truck and the big bags are ours
Against invoice after weighing, on the terms fixed in the contract. Every pickup comes with a weighbridge ticket, so there are no disputes about quantity
Compare the price on the same material by photo. No obligation, no minimum period, you can start with one stream and keep the rest as it is
Any deviation is agreed before loading, never after. If a bag does not match, it stays with you, we do not deduct afterwards
No. Clean residues of your own process are handed over as a by-product with a declaration we prepare. Packaging, tare and used film go as waste through GPAIS, also handled by us
A first test can be a few big bags. Regular pickups start from about 3 t
For recyclers
A full truck of 20–24 t of one polymer. Smaller loads of two streams by agreement
Yes. 1–2 kg by courier, with photos, colour and MFI declared before loading

About Polimalt
A trading company from Vilnius, built one lot at a time
Polimalt was founded in 2026 to give Lithuanian factories a better outlet for clean production scrap than the local waste contractor, and to give recyclers in Poland and the EU a reliable supply with proper paperwork. We do not process material ourselves. We source it, document it and move it
